About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting young people with their daily needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Encouraging and facilitating social and recreational activities to promote independence and well-being
- Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to young people, promoting their emotional well-being and resilience
