Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Selfridges. As a key member of our Balmain Beauty Ambassador team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while embodying the Balmain vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized assistance and luxury customer service to customers, conveying Balmain beauty values and fostering client loyalty.
  • Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador, maximizing sales opportunities and staying up-to-date on beauty and fragrance trends.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transactions and adhere to Balmain luxury service standards and hygiene.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives and contribute to back-of-house duties such as inventory control.
  • Capture customer details for CRM purposes and maintain relationships through after-sales follow-up.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and brand information through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
  • Manage growth of your personal Balmain Beauty business within the store, taking ownership and responsibility for your performance.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for beauty, fragrance, and luxury retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing inspirational and authentic customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Detail-orientated with a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
  • Flexibility across days/hours.
  • Proof of Right to live and work in the country.
