Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Business Leader to inspire, mentor, and elevate our team to meet sales and operational objectives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the team reflects the Balmain Beauty ethos, excels in customer engagement, and surpasses performance metrics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized luxury service and communicate Balmain beauty principles to clients.
  • Optimize sales potential as a Brand Advocate.
  • Assist customers with comprehensive product insights.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Team to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Aid in visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Foster customer relationships and maintain records for CRM purposes.
  • Keep abreast of beauty industry trends through continuous education.
  • Take ownership of your Balmain Beauty business outcomes within the retail environment.
  • Maintain the brand's image and uphold professional standards.

  • Experience in retail management, ideally within the beauty sector or fast-paced retail.
  • Proven history of achieving sales and customer service goals.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Background in event organization and management.
  • Enthusiasm for beauty, fragrance, and cosmetics.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and days.
