Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bespoke Fashion Consultant to join our team at Hackett Savile Row Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Work closely with the Head Cutter to deliver exceptional customer service, reflecting the brand's values and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales: Achieve commercial objectives and KPIs by effectively communicating the brand's unique value proposition to customers.
  • Shop Operations: Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient management of production timelines and customer orders.
  • Bespoke: Collaborate with the Head of Tailoring on strategic projects, reporting any matters related to the bespoke department.
  • Cultural Fit: Contribute to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork while promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker, with other languages being a plus.
  • Experience in retail logistics and operations.
  • Experience in managing bespoke customer databases.
  • Experience in client management and clienteling.
  • Strong team player with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A helpful and kind person with a great attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with customers.
