In this pivotal role, we seek a proactive and customer-focused Business Leader to guide, mentor, and elevate our team of Balmain Beauty Ambassadors. You will play a crucial role in motivating and inspiring your team to exceed their performance indicators and ensure the efficient operation of the beauty counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the Balmain beauty experience, providing tailored assistance and exceptional customer service.
- Serve as an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to foster client loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on all product knowledge to effectively support customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transactions and assist with visual merchandising efforts.
- Gather customer information for CRM purposes and nurture customer relationships.
- Keep abreast of beauty and fragrance trends through continuous training.
- Oversee the growth of your Balmain Beauty business within the retail environment.
- Uphold the Balmain Beauty image and maintain brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management, ideally within the beauty or fast-paced retail sector.
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Demonstrated capability to lead, mentor, and develop a team effectively.
- Experience in organizing in-store promotional events.
- A strong passion for beauty products, particularly fragrances and cosmetics.
