Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Officer to join our M&G Wealth Platform Complaints team in Bath, Stirling, or Edinburgh. As a Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with internal procedures and FCA complaint handling rules.
- Provide technical support and advice on products and complaints to the rest of the department and other business units.
- Promote a customer-focused environment and deliver first-class customer service.
- Experience of complaint handling and strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the FCA complaint handling rules (DISP) and ability to interpret them.
- Highly customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
