We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Dedicated Care Support Specialists. As a Care Assistant/Support Worker with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in supporting adults living at home with a range of needs.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a kind heart, good work ethics, and a want to make a difference to people's lives. We will provide all necessary training, so no specific qualifications are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with personal care and mobility around the home
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and cooking
- Running errands and assisting with daily tasks
Requirements
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- The right to work in the UK
- A kind and compassionate approach to care
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £12,400 - £13,000 per annum
- Enhanced bank holiday pay rates
- Minimum call time of one hour
