We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Chestnut Tree House care team, providing Children / Young People (CYP's) palliative care as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, working with a diverse range of patients and families.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in palliative care, working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. We offer a comprehensive development and preceptorship programme, as well as in-house training to support staff in achieving clinical skills.
