Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team at Chestnut Tree House, a children's hospice providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
As a key member of our care team, you'll work closely with nurses, nursing associates, HCA's, activities coordinators, and a child and family support team to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
We offer a comprehensive development and preceptorship programme, as well as in-house training to support staff in achieving clinical skills and confidence. You'll have the chance to work in a variety of settings, including adult, learning disability, and paediatric care.
