We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team at Chestnut Tree House, a children's hospice providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care to our patients, while also contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
