About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team at Chestnut Tree House, a children's hospice providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients and their families.

With a focus on delivering exceptional care, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and confidence through our comprehensive development and preceptorship programme.

Chestnut Tree House is a leading children's hospice in East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire, providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
