Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Chestnut Tree House, a children's hospice providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients and their families, working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to provide short respite breaks and end-of-life care.
We offer a comprehensive development and preceptorship programme, as well as in-house training, to support staff in achieving clinical skills and contributing to our areas of development, including transition, palliative care, learning disabilities, patient experience, and patient safety.
Due to the remote location, access to your own transport is essential.
