About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Chestnut Tree House. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver short respite breaks and end-of-life care. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our workstreams, including transition, palliative care, learning disabilities, patient experience, and patient safety.

We offer a comprehensive development and preceptorship programme, as well as in-house training to support staff in achieving clinical skills. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, and contribute to our commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive community.

Due to the remote location, access to your own transport is essential. We offer a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme, up to 35 days' annual leave, and on-site education support.
