Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Chestnut Tree House. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions.
As a Children's Palliative Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering short respite breaks and end-of-life care, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
With a focus on delivering person-centred care, you will work collaboratively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless and supportive experience for our patients.
We offer a comprehensive development and preceptorship programme, as well as in-house training to support staff in achieving clinical skills. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our organisation's vision of delivering exceptional care to children and young people.
