Practice Plus Group is seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team at HMP Ford, a category D men's prison located in Ford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to make a real difference in the lives of patients and staff.

About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing nursing triage and screening, health advice, and actively participating in the development of local operating procedures. You will also ensure that all complaints and concerns relating to Mental Health are dealt with in a timely fashion. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and providing clinical supervision to the team and managing and running various meetings to ensure engagement from other departments.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000-47,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification, a BSc or equivalent qualification, experience of providing supervision, teaching/mentoring experience and/or qualification, and evidence of appropriate continuing professional development activity to maintain up-to-date knowledge and ongoing competence in all aspects of the role.
