About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Chestnut Tree House, a children's hospice providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions.

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside nurses, nursing associates, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality clinical and personal care to our patients.
