The role of an Autism Specialist Support Assistant is multifaceted and requires a unique blend of skills and qualities. At Academics Ltd, we are looking for an individual who is not only passionate about supporting children with Autism but also has the ability to think creatively and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

As an Autism Specialist Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with Autism and Learning Disabilities. You will also engage in various activities designed to promote learning and development, both inside and outside of traditional lessons.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents. Experience working with children or adults with Special Needs is highly desirable, but not essential.
