We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Specialist Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

As an Autism Specialist Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment that enables students to learn and develop in a fun and engaging way. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver activities that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring that every child feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for students with Autism and Learning Disabilities
  • Collaborate with therapists and psychologists to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs of students

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or adults with Special Needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents

Working Arrangements:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:45pm
