Job Title: Primary SEN Tutor

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for creating individualised learning plans based on the unique needs of each student, providing one-to-one tuition, assessing student progress, and maintaining accurate records of student achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create tailored learning plans for students with SEN
  2. Deliver one-to-one tuition sessions to support student progress
  3. Regularly assess and evaluate student progress
  4. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
  5. Maintain accurate records of student achievements and progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience working with primary school students with SEN
  • Demonstrated ability to implement effective teaching strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Experience in conducting assessments and creating individual education plans

Working Conditions:

  • Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling
  • Work primarily in a school setting with occasional home visits
  • Collaborative work with school staff, parents, and external professionals
