Supportive Homecare Assistant

We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to join our team as a Supportive Homecare Assistant. This role involves providing care, support, and companionship to clients in Oxfordshire, assisting with daily duties such as personal care, household tasks, and running errands.
The successful candidate will have at least three months' care experience, a driving licence, and good IT skills. Local knowledge of the area is an advantage. As an hourly carer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
About the Role:- Provide care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities that promote social interaction and well-being.
- A competitive salary of £13.00-£16.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
- A guaranteed hours contract, ensuring a stable income.
- Double pay on bank holidays, allowing for extra earnings during busy periods.
- Enhanced DBS check, completed at induction, providing peace of mind for both you and our clients.
