Northamptonshire Children's Trust is a leading provider of children's services, committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of children, young people and families. We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of training programmes, as well as coordinating our NQSW ASYE Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, delivering high-quality services and making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programmes
  • Coordinate NQSW ASYE Programme
  • Maintain best practice solutions using in-house and external capabilities

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and learners
  • Experience of working with diverse groups
  • Facilitate training sessions
  • Influence and communicate effectively
  • Carry out self-directed activity

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, pension scheme, and employee assistance programme.
