Job Title: Professional Learning and Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Professional Learning and Development Lead to join our team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering learning and development activities for staff across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with experience of designing and delivering training sessions. They will be able to work effectively with colleagues to understand their needs and develop tailored training solutions.

As a Professional Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering learning and development activities to support staff development
  • Working closely with teams to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Maintaining records of training delivery and impact

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive regular opportunities for professional development and a range of benefits, including 28 days annual leave and local government pension scheme.
