Job Title: Sales Director, Retail Planning

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our retail sales efforts in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic business plans, and building alliances with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets for the Hanshow UK region
  • Research and analyze the UK and Ireland market to identify opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Lead internal communications with colleagues across the UK and EU, including presales, supply chain, after sales, and marketing teams
  • Explore and attend retail exhibitions to promote Hanshow solutions and values

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • ~5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Successful previous experience as a sales or account manager, consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
