Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Home Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives within our client's aesthetic clinics, ensuring that the clinics reach their maximum potential through sales coaching and mentoring of industry-leading professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise the performance of each clinic's treatment sales and retail operations
  • Achieve monthly sales KPIs and targets
  • Conduct sales training for clinic teams
  • Collaborate with Aesthetics doctors and Aestheticians to identify training gaps
  • Identify market opportunities and implement sales strategies
  • Develop aesthetic treatment sales plans
  • Analyse performance data to identify areas of improvement
  • Generate new contacts and accounts for business growth
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Capable of independently managing schedules and planning effectively
  • Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills for smooth operation and time management
  • Previous experience in the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery sector is essential
  • Full UK driving licence
