About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the retail sector.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in a sales director role, specifically within the retail sector of the recruitment industry.
  • Solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering consistent results in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, with the ability to independently manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of another language or an appreciation of different European or international cultures would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of leadership development, including psychometrics, assessments, coaching, workshops and self-directed learning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
