What We Offer

As our Finance Director, you will have the chance to work closely with our CEO and report to investors on a monthly basis, participating in board meetings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Prepare annual budgets for effective financial planning and management.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct monthly P&L and cash updates for comprehensive financial insights.
  • Financial Health and Risk Management: Review intercompany and external loans to ensure optimal financial health and minimize risk.
  • Support to Sales and Operations Teams: Offer support to sales and operations teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Human Resources Financial Planning: Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Accounting Background: A strong accounting background with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business.
  • UK Working Permit: A valid UK working permit.
