Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Counter Performance Leader to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales professionals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
The Counter Performance Leader will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
What We Offer:
As a Counter Performance Leader at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
