Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving financial results in-store.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales targets, communicate with Retail Artists, and agree on sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews that encourage feedback and coaching.
  • Lead by example, maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
