Commercial Director NZ

Aramex New Zealand is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our sales efforts in New Zealand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue. The estimated salary for this role is around $180,000 - $220,000 per annum depending on experience.

About the Role:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, franchisees, and suppliers.

Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales leadership and strategy development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* At least 5 years' experience in sales leadership and strategy development.
* Strong knowledge of sales metrics and analytics.
