Behavioural Management Assistant

\. Career Teachers is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at specialist schools in East London.
About the Position
\. This is a full-time, long-term role that requires experience in supporting children and young people with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and associated complexities.
\. You will work closely with SEN-trained staff to support programmes that enable access to learning for all pupils in an inclusive and progressive environment.
Main Duties
\. Attend to the personal needs of pupils and implement related personal programmes, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid and welfare matters.
\. Supervise and provide support to pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities during lunchtime.
Salary and Benefits
\. A competitive salary of £21,672 - £24,491 per annum (pro-rata), reflecting the skills and qualifications required for this role.
