Job Overview

We are looking for an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with SEN children and possess excellent behaviour management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To work 1:1 with a young girl who has ASD in year 3 and is also non-verbal and exhibits challenging behaviour.
  2. To utilise strong behaviour management skills to support the student's learning.
  3. To work collaboratively with the school's team to ensure the student reaches their full potential.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology).
  • Experience working with SEN children.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
