As a SEN Teaching Assistant - Exceptional Skills Development, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to students with special needs at a mainstream secondary school in Hackney (East London). This exciting opportunity allows you to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with experienced teachers, therapists, and psychologists.

You will engage with students aged 11-18 who have various needs, including speech and language difficulties, autism, and other social and emotional challenges. Your role will involve working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement student-centered plans, participating in training sessions, and engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
