Behaviour Intervention Assistant

We are seeking a Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a Behaviour Intervention Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with behaviour and learning needs, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and progress.
About the Role:
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in schools, particularly in Key Stage 2. They will also have a background in managing and supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Working closely with children who require additional support with their behaviour and learning needs.
• Implementing behaviour support plans and working collaboratively with the SENCO and class teacher.
• Encouraging the development of key social and emotional skills, building pupils' confidence and resilience.
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers as necessary.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £95-£105 per day, plus benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
