Behaviour Support Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to join EdEx as a Behaviour Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to teachers and pupils in a Secondary School setting.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree with strong academics, including a 1st Class degree or 2:1. Previous experience working with young people in a school-based environment is essential. You will be confident, hardworking, and possess strong communication skills.
In this role, you will provide support to teachers and pupils, leading 1:1 and small group sessions dedicated to assisting children with SEN/SEMH needs. You will uphold the school's core values and work towards providing exceptional learning for all students.
