Job Overview
Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a Behaviour Development Coach to join our team. This role will involve working with SEN children, providing guidance and support to help them overcome their challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide behaviour mentoring to students
- Collaborate with teachers to develop individualized learning plans
- Support the development of positive relationships between students, teachers, and peers

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year experience in the UK working with children with behaviour needs
- Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application

**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
