Empowering Students through Work Placement Coaching

We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated Work Placement Coach to join our vibrant college community at Inspire Education Group.

About the Role:
  1. The successful candidate will work closely with students, employers, and partners to enhance learner's employability skills and preparation for work experience through engagement in workshops and learning platforms.
  2. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and manage external relationships involving employers, partners, and the wider business community to increase knowledge and potential referral opportunities.
  3. Monitored Progress: Conduct reviews with learners whilst on placement at agreed intervals with the Work Placement Team Leader.
  4. Career Guidance: Provide proactive project planning and guidance to support students in achieving their career goals.
Requirements:
  1. A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area is essential.
  2. The ideal candidate should possess minimum Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English Language and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or other Level 2 equivalent qualifications).
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
