Account Development Representative

At Pareto, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, growing our book of business, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our industry, ICP, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively manage warm leads, ensuring our customers remain top of mind and return for more business.
  • Utilize various channels, including broker websites and LinkedIn, to generate new leads.
  • Benefit from the mentorship of senior team members as you grow and develop with the business.

Requirements:
