Job Title: Sales and Technical Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Technical Representative to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. As a Sales and Technical Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical support and guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and provide technical support and guidance.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, canvassing, and other sales techniques.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as mechanical engineering, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
