Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Hub Manager to lead our Customer Hub in Wolverhampton, driving productivity, growth, and profit improvement in the management of contractual spend.

Brammer Buck & Hickman is the market leader in European industrial distribution, with a presence in 22 markets and sales of €3bn. We offer bespoke solutions to our customers, including major national contracts.

The Role

As an Industrial Hub Manager, you will be responsible for the consistent delivery of products to meet customer contractual KPIs. You will work closely with internal customers on their sites, driving large volumes of work while maintaining a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive productivity and growth in the management of contractual spend
  • Lead the successful execution of our business strategy
  • Manage a team of 23 members, operating multiple ways of working and processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in business-to-business services, preferably in the management of large customer service teams
  • Analytical, process, and system biased, with experience of managing a Customer Service Hub operation
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Order Processing systems and basic software skills to analyse trends and implement new ways of working
  • Experience in recruitment, training, development, motivation, and performance management
  • Profit and cost centre management accountability, as well as customer relationship management experience
What We Offer
