Sales Team Leader for Plant Machinery

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Kent and London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers and promoting our services.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from quotation to closing, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and ensure continued growth.
Requirements:
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales within the plant and machinery hire industry or a similar technical engineering field. Strong sales skills, including the ability to manage and grow an existing customer base, are essential.
Compensation Package:
The salary for this role is £48,000 - £52,000 basic, depending on experience. A company car or car allowance will be provided, along with ongoing training and career development opportunities.
