Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Robert Webb Recruitment. As a key member of our Customer Success/Business Development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients by handling incoming enquiries, proposals, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by discussing potential new opportunities with clients, showing properties, fact-finding, and being curious about their businesses and requirements.
  • Maximize revenue by selling additional services or products to existing clients.
  • Drive new sales opportunities by identifying and pursuing new business leads.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and generate reports to track performance and progress towards targets and KPIs.
  • Travel across the South West region to meet with clients and conduct business.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience with a commercial mindset and a strong track record of managing performance by hitting targets and forecasting future sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to make fact-based decisions for the good of the business.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with a proven track record of managing customer relationships.
  • Desirable: an understanding of the property industry, either commercial or residential, and a UK driving license.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
