We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at CoLocals. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business relationships with local businesses in your area, promoting our platform and services, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business relationships with local businesses in your area, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and independent retailers.
  • Promote the CoLocals platform and services to local businesses, highlighting the benefits of our platform and how it can help them raise funds and manage their customer base.
  • Develop and implement territory plans to target a variety of businesses within your city, including those in the retail, hospitality, and service sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of local business contacts, including entrepreneurs, business owners, and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Local Ambassadors to ensure lead generation volumes are maintained and exceeded.
  • Network within local business groups, both in person and online, to promote the CoLocals platform and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local business landscape, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the CoLocals team on local business activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the local business landscape, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
