Requirements- Commercial Experience: Previous sales experience with a commercial mindset.

- Performance Management: A track record of managing performance by hitting targets, forecasting future sales, and generating new business.
- Customer Relationship Management: A track record of managing customer relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: An understanding of the property and investment industry is desirable.
- Driving Licence: A UK driving licence is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office, namely MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
