Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Optical Industry
Zest Business Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the optical industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the South West England region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in the designated territory and develop profitable growth in value and volume according to the agreed budget.
- Increase market share through business consulting and building long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Manage a mix of independent opticians, small regional/key accounts, and national retail opticians.
- Work independently in a fast-paced business, where every order counts and planning and preparation are key to success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the optical industry (Dispensing Optician/Practice Manager).
- Ideal experience in B-2-B sales in a closely-related industry.
- Tenacious, hungry, and passionate for success, with the ability to grow within the company.
