Cost and Forecasting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost and Forecasting Specialist to join our finance team at AFR Consulting. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our clients' financial goals through effective budgeting and forecasting.
This challenging role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely budgets, forecasts, and reports that enable informed business decisions.
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will identify areas for improvement, develop recommendations, and implement changes to optimize business performance.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts
- Analyze and report on variances and trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
- Design and implement tools and processes to streamline budgeting and forecasting
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff members
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
