Resident Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Specialist to join our team at Buckshaw Retirement Village. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Job DescriptionYou will work creatively with the team to provide bespoke care for each individual resident, helping to maximize their quality of life. This will involve working collaboratively with other members of the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements- Degree in a relevant healthcare field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
- Salary: £11.60 per hour (plus 50p enhancement for night shifts)
