Nurse Care Specialist

As a highly skilled Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to residents in our Nursing Home in Chorley. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care, and we are seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse to join us.
Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in person-centered planning meetings to promote resident autonomy and choice
• Work flexibly to cover a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and sleep-ins
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care that respects resident dignity and autonomy
