About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Euxton Hall Hospital, a leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. As a member of our Ward team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes and providing exceptional patient care.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Assess patients pre-operatively and post-operatively to ensure they receive the best possible care
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Participate in ward-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and experience
Requirements
">- CURRENT NMC registration
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
