The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents. You will be expected to maintain clinical standards, promote positive behavior support, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Salary: £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients in a Nursing Home setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure adherence to clinical standards and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
