Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire front of house operation, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team to develop and grow the front of house team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of the front of house operation, including service delivery, team management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Manage labour and rotas to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal team utilization.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of financial performance and labour management, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
